三、眾生下，約俱具明道交。既三無差別則感應相收，眾生感心中他佛，諸佛應心中他生，不然，豈能一念皆令解脫邪？

Third, from "Sentient beings..." downward, clarifying the mutual communion of the Path in terms of both possessing [the three thousand]. Since the three are without distinction, sympathetic resonance mutually includes [them]: sentient beings resonate with the other Buddhas within their own minds, and the Buddhas respond to the other sentient beings within their own minds. Were it not so, how could they cause all to be liberated in a single thought-moment?
