三明四教通出室四品經文者，通〈菩薩行品〉，令菩薩遍行四教之行，四土化眾生也。四教通見〈阿閦品〉者，明若依四教修四行，發菩提心，始得生阿閦佛國也。亦用此成無動如來佛國之行，得成佛時，所有佛國如妙喜世界也。用四教通〈法供養〉、〈屬累〉二品者，付屬天帝、彌勒，令於佛去世後流通此經，四教利益未來弟子，令不絕也。

Third, clarifying the use of the four teachings to comprehensively explain the text of the four chapters after leaving the room: comprehensively explaining the 'Bodhisattva Practice' chapter causes bodhisattvas to practice the practices of the four teachings everywhere, transforming sentient beings in the four lands. Comprehensively explaining the 'Seeing Akṣobhya' chapter with the four teachings clarifies that only if one cultivates the four practices and generates the bodhicitta according to the four teachings can one attain rebirth in the Buddha-land of Akṣobhya. This also accomplishes the practices of the Buddha-land of Akṣobhya Tathāgata, so that when one attains Buddhahood, one's Buddha-land will be like the world of Abhirati. Using the four teachings to comprehensively explain the two chapters 'Dharma Offering' and 'Entrustment' entrusts [the teaching] to Śakra Devānām Indra and Maitreya, causing them to circulate this sūtra after the Buddha's passing, so that the benefits of the four teachings for future disciples will never cease.
