Fifth, elucidating the stage of the summit dharma: this is also the wholesome five aggregates, and also of the nature of wisdom. Being above the dharma of warmth, it is named the summit. Having realized the dharma of warmth, using correct expedient means and correct recollection, one diligently cultivates and enhances the wholesome roots of the dharma of warmth, relying on the concentrations of the six grounds and also relying on the seven grounds. When the dharma of warmth increases, the next wholesome roots that arise are named the summit dharma. Taking the sixteen aspects of the four truths as objects, one attains the concentration of the four bases of psychic power and sees the four truths clearly, just as climbing to a mountain summit and gazing in the four directions is completely clear, hence it is named the summit dharma. If attachment to dharmas arises, that is falling from the summit.
