六、道品調適，謂無作道品一一調停，隨宜而入。經云：「有大白牛」等（已上五中根）。
Sixth is adjusting the aids to the path: namely, adjusting the unconditioned aids to the path one by one, entering in accordance with what is suitable. The sutra says: "There was a great white ox," and so forth. (The above five are for those of middling faculties.)
