一心奉請大梵尊天、三十三天、護世四王、金剛密迹散脂大辯功德訶利帝南鬼子母等五百徒黨，一切皆是大菩薩。亦請此處地分鬼神（三遍召請）。

With single-minded devotion, I invite Great Noble Deva Brahmā, the thirty-three devas, the Four Kings who protect the world, the Vajra-bearer Guhyapada, Saṃjñāya, Mahāpratibhānā, Guṇavatī, Hārītī the Mother of Demon Children, and the rest of their five hundred retinues, all of whom are great bodhisattvas. I also invite the local ghosts and spirits of this place. (Summon and invite three times.)
