少主勅。東陽州刺史永陽王，聞王在州迎顗禪師大弘法事，甚會朕心。今迎出都，王宜敦諭申朕意也。正月十日臣徵。

"The Young Sovereign's imperial edict: To the Prince of Yongyang, Regional Inspector of Dongyang Prefecture: We have heard that while the Prince was in the prefecture, he welcomed Dhyāna Master [Zhi]yi and greatly propagated Dharma services, which very much accords with Our intention. Now We are summoning him to the capital; the Prince should earnestly persuade him to express Our wish. Tenth day of the first month. Your servant, [Chen] Shubao."
