第七其大僧小戒，近行遠行寺內寺外，悉不得盜噉魚肉辛酒、非時而食。察得實，不同止。除病危篤瞻病用醫語，出寺外投治則不罰。

Seventh: Regarding fully ordained monks and novices, whether traveling nearby or far away, inside the monastery or outside the monastery, none may surreptitiously consume fish, meat, alliums, or alcohol, nor eat at improper times. Upon examination and verification of the truth, they shall not dwell together [with the assembly]. Except in cases of critical illness, where the attendant acts on a physician’s instructions and goes outside the monastery to seek medical treatment, there is no penalty.
