羅闡宣口勅。不許讓嚫衣物，法施無盡，財物有竭。所送不多，忘懷納受。九月二十四日。

"Luo Chan proclaimed an oral decree: 'You are not permitted to decline the offerings of robes and goods; the gift of Dharma is inexhaustible, whereas material goods are exhaustible. What has been sent is not much; accept it without reservation.' Twenty-fourth day of the ninth month."
