羅闡宣口勅。施檳榔二千子，節子一百枚，䓉席一領。羅闡宣口勅。請講國家一年舊有仁王兩集，仰屈於太極殿開講，法式處分一聽指撝，今遣主書羅闡取意。

"Luo Chan proclaimed an oral decree, offering two thousand betel nuts, one hundred segmented seeds, and one fine rush mat. Luo Chan proclaimed an oral decree: 'According to the state's longstanding custom, there are two annual assemblies on the Kāruṇikarāja Sūtra; We respectfully entreat you to open the lectures in the Taiji Hall, leaving the ritual format and arrangements entirely to your instruction.' Now Clerk Luo Chan was dispatched to ascertain your intention."
