1.18

第九若犯重者依律治。若橫相誣，被誣者不罰，作誣者不同止。若學未入眾時，過眾主不受，學眾未攝故，彼自言比丘故入眾。來犯重誣他者，治罰如前。

Ninth: If one commits a grave offense, deal with it according to the Vinaya. If one makes false accusations, the accused is not penalized, while the accuser shall not dwell together [with the assembly]. If, before a trainee enters the assembly, the head of the assembly does not accept him because of a fault, so that the training assembly has not received him, and he himself claims to be a bhikṣu to enter the assembly, and subsequently commits a grave offense or falsely accuses another, the penalty is as stated before.
