實相觀理者，則於陰心唯觀理具三千實相也。唯識歷事專照起心，歷於能造十界之心也。

As for contemplating principle through true characteristic, in the mind of the aggregates one exclusively contemplates the true characteristic of the three thousand inherently possessed in principle. As for consciousness-only traversing phenomena, it exclusively illuminates the arising mind, traversing the mind capable of creating the ten realms.
