又內外一門正論兩種境觀，若將上人所立之義對之，此一門只略沾正觀旁歷助成之義也（以上人數云託附二觀扶成止觀故也）。

Moreover, the single gate of Internal and External directly discusses two kinds of objects and contemplations; if matched with the doctrine established by your reverence, this single gate merely touches lightly upon the meaning of direct contemplation collaterally ranging across as an auxiliary accomplishment (because your reverence repeatedly says that the two contemplations of entrusting and appending support and accomplish calming and contemplation).
