應知內觀成歷外法者，則任運舉一全收也。若以正觀心歷事作觀者，亦復隨觀一法全收諸法也。若修內觀不入轉修外觀者，亦須舉一全收也。

One should know that when internal contemplation is accomplished and passes through external dharmas, raising one spontaneously encompasses all. If one uses the correct contemplation of the mind to pass through phenomena and cultivate contemplation, it likewise completely encompasses all dharmas whenever any single dharma is contemplated. If one cultivates internal contemplation without gaining entry and turns to cultivate external contemplation, it must also completely encompass all whenever one is raised.
