且《輔行》云：眾生心中，皆有如來結跏趺坐。豈事造如來耶？又云：下地雖具因果，但是理具。故知理造未論變作。故修理觀者，既云但觀理具，則知唯照本理性德俱空假中，任運攝得事造諸法。作觀之際，實不可便緣事造為境。

Furthermore, the Fuxing says: 'Within the minds of sentient beings, there is in every case a Tathāgata sitting cross-legged.' Could this be a phenomenally made Tathāgata? It also says: 'Although the lower stages inherently possess cause and fruit, this is merely inherent possession in principle.' Thus we know that making in principle does not speak of transformation and production. Therefore, for one who cultivates principle contemplation, since it is said to 'only contemplate inherent possession in principle', one knows that one only illuminates the intrinsic essence and inherent virtue of the nature as all empty, provisional, and middle, naturally embracing all the dharmas of phenomenal making. At the time of practicing contemplation, one truly must not take phenomenal making as the object.
