乃是用於約行觀門，修於附法之觀也。此同《妙樂》令將止觀境觀修託事觀也，如是則方具觀心義。

This is employing the contemplation gate according to practice, cultivating contemplation appended to teachings. This is identical to Miaole's instruction to take the object and contemplation of the Zhiguan to cultivate contemplation entrusting to phenomena; only in this way does it possess the meaning of contemplating the mind.
