惟願放生已後，汝等不逢網捕，盡其天年。命終之後，承寶勝佛本願力故生忉利天，受天快樂。諸佛出世說方等經，於彼法會再聞此法，心悟無生，面承佛記，如威德熾王等無有異。亦冀放生弟子（某甲），從今日去，菩提行願念念增明，救苦眾生常如己想。以是因緣得生安養，見彌陀佛及諸聖眾，早證無生，分身塵剎，廣度有情，同成正覺。

May it only be that after being released, you will not encounter nets or traps, and will live out your natural life spans. After your lives come to an end, by the power of Ratnaśikhin Buddha's fundamental vow, may you be born in the Trāyastriṃśa Heaven and enjoy heavenly bliss. When the Buddhas appear in the world to expound the Vaipulya sūtras, may you hear this Dharma again in those assemblies, awaken in your minds to non-arising, and personally receive the Buddha's prediction, being equal and without difference to King Prabhāketu. It is also hoped that for the disciple who releases life, [Name], from this day forward, the practice and vows of bodhi will increase in brilliance thought-moment after thought-moment, and that he will always regard suffering sentient beings as himself. Through these causes and conditions, may he attain birth in the Land of Peace and Nurture, see Amitābha Buddha and all the noble assembly, swiftly realize non-arising, manifest bodies throughout dust-mote lands, widely deliver sentient beings, and together achieve complete enlightenment.
