大德一心念，我某甲今於大德所，乞授一切菩薩淨戒，惟願不辭勞倦哀憫聽受。
"May the Venerable One single-mindedly be mindful of me. I, [so-and-so], now before the Venerable One, beg to be bestowed all pure Bodhisattva Precepts. We pray only that, not begrudging toil or fatigue, you will compassionately hear and accept us."
