弟子（某甲）一心奉請彌勒菩薩為教授阿闍梨。我依教授阿闍梨故，得受菩薩戒。慈慜故。
"I, disciple [so-and-so], single-mindedly and respectfully invite Maitreya Bodhisattva to be my instructing ācārya. Relying upon the instructing ācārya, I am able to receive the bodhisattva precepts, out of his compassionate mercy."
