弟子（某）一心奉請諸大菩薩為同學侶。我依同學侶故，得受菩薩戒。慈慜故。
"I, disciple [so-and-so], single-mindedly and respectfully invite all the great bodhisattvas to be my fellow study companions. Relying upon the fellow study companions, I am able to receive the bodhisattva precepts, out of their compassionate mercy."
