一問：約事約行二種毒害，為理性本具隨緣發現耶？為理本無因迷始有耶？因迷始有，非今圓義；本具隨緣，能隨之體非性惡耶？

First Question: Are the two kinds of poisonous harms—with respect to phenomena and with respect to practice—inherently included in the nature of principle and manifested according to conditions? Or are they originally absent in principle and only arise due to delusion? If they only arise due to delusion, this is not the present perfect meaning; if they are inherently included and accord with conditions, is not the essence that can accord [with conditions] nature-evil?
