十九問：《輔行》釋別教發心云：煩惱之中有如來藏。凡夫生盲常與藏俱而不知見，故流轉生死，却為藏害。且別教菩薩既見眾生如是故發心，豈可云真如不隨緣耶？

The nineteenth query: The Fuxing explains the arousal of the mind in the separate teaching, saying: 'Within afflictions there is the tathāgatagarbha. Ordinary mortals, born blind, are always together with the womb but do not know or see it; therefore they transmigrate in birth and death and are instead harmed by the womb.' Furthermore, since the bodhisattva of the separate teaching arouses the mind because of seeing sentient beings like this, how can it be said that true thusness does not accord with conditions?
