八問：世間有人，此身未死，彼處已生，如王院主等。此何因緣也？若云眾生業用自在者，一切眾生皆有業用，何故例無此事耶？

Eighth question: There are people in the world who, before this body has died, are already born in another place, such as Prior Wang and others. What cause and condition accounts for this? If you say that the karmic functioning of sentient beings is unconstrained, all sentient beings have karmic functioning; why is there not customarily such an occurrence?
