州帖。傳教院今月五日准勅黃。明州奏，准勅分析到傳教院，見在殿宇房廊一百餘間，佛像七十事，主客僧五十八人，開寶元年置建。奏聞事牒奉勅，宜賜寶雲禪院為額者。右具，如前已帖。僧正司知委訖。事須帖本院，仰准勅命指揮。太平興國七年六月七日（押）。司張某守司法權錄事參軍事祝（押）。通判軍州事周（押）。權知軍州事趙（押）。

Prefectural Notice.
