予昔與覺雲連公游，因綴其語，為法智大師贊，歲久不能記，今為延慶詢師得之。乾道壬辰中元東湖真隱齋（浩）。

In the past, I wandered with the Venerable Jueyun Lian. Drawing upon his words, I composed a eulogy for Great Master Fazhi. After many years I could not recall it; now for Master Xun of Yanqing I have retrieved it. In the renchen year of the Qiandao era [1172], on the Central Primordial Day, [Shi Hao of] the Zhenyinzhai Studio at Donghu.
