普為法界一切眾生，悉願斷除三障，歸命懺悔。（起已，一禮，當運逆順十心，具如《補助儀》。運十心已，專想對十方佛前，涕淚悲泣，燒眾名香，而作是言：）

“Universally on behalf of all sentient beings of the dharmadhātu, wishing that all may sever and eliminate the three obstacles, I take refuge and repent.” (After rising, perform one bow, and mentally arouse the ten states of mind of progression and regression, fully detailed as in the Supplementary Ritual. Having aroused the ten states of mind, focus the visualization before the Buddhas of the ten directions, weeping with tears and grief, burning various renowned incenses, and speaking these words:)
