復次，修隨喜方法。（行者應知，隨喜能破嫉妬之障，增長自己無量善法。若人供養殑伽沙三千大千世界滿中阿羅漢，盡其形壽，以上妙四事而供養之，如是功德，千分不及隨喜一分功德。既如是已，起殷重心，五體投地，燒眾名香，而作是言：）

Next, the method of practicing rejoicing. (The practitioner should know that rejoicing can destroy the obstacle of jealousy and increase one's own limitless wholesome qualities. If a person were to make offerings to arhats filling trichiliocosms as numerous as the sands of the Gaṅgā for the rest of their lives, providing the four necessities of superior excellence, the merit of doing so would not equal even a thousandth part of the merit of one instance of rejoicing. Having realized this, arouse an earnest mind, cast the five limbs to the ground, burn various renowned incenses, and speak these words:)
