1.67

我（某甲）歸命頂禮十方一切諸佛世尊，初成正覺，未轉法輪，欲捨應身，入涅槃者，我皆頂禮。是諸世尊，勸轉法輪，請久住世，度脫安樂一切眾生。（勸請已，歸命禮三寶。）

“I, [name], take refuge and bow my head to all Buddhas and World-Honoured Ones of the ten directions. To those who have newly attained right awakening and have not yet turned the wheel of the Dharma, and to those who wish to relinquish their responsive bodies and enter nirvāṇa, I bow my head to them all. I entreat these World-Honoured Ones to turn the wheel of the Dharma, and request them to abide long in the world, delivering and bringing peace to all sentient beings.” (Having finished entreating, take refuge and bow to the Three Jewels.)
