「一心奉請南無大梵尊天，三十三天護世四王，金剛密跡散脂大將，大辯天神，摩利支天，韋馱天神，堅牢地神，菩提樹神，訶梨帝喃鬼子母等五百眷屬，一切皆是大菩薩等，及此國內名山大川一切靈廟，當州地分屬內鬼神，此所住處護伽藍神守正法者，一切聖眾。」（三請已不應禮）

"With single mind I summon and invoke: Namo the revered Great Brahmā Deva, the Trayastriṃśa devas, the Four Kings who protect the world, Vajraguhyaka, the Great General Saṃjñāya, the Great Sarasvatī Devi, Marīci Devi, the god Skanda, the firm Earth Deity Dṛḍhā, the Bodhi-tree Deity, the Hārītī Mother of Ghost Children and her five hundred attendants—all of whom are great bodhisattvas and so forth—as well as all the efficacious shrines of the famous mountains and great rivers of this realm, the spirits belonging to the territory of this prefecture, and all the noble assembly of spirits guarding this monastery and protecting the true Dharma." (After three invocations, one should not bow.)
