1.46

願救我苦厄，大悲覆一切，
普放淨光明，滅除癡闇瞑。
為免毒害苦，煩惱及眾病，
必來至我所，施我大安樂。
我今稽首禮，聞名救厄者，
我今自歸依，世間慈悲父。
唯願必定來，免我三毒苦，
施我今世樂，及與大涅槃。

May you rescue my suffering and adversity;
Your great compassion covers all;
Universally emit pure, bright light,
Destroying the darkness of ignorance.
In order to avoid the suffering of poison and harm,
Afflictions, and many illnesses,
You will certainly come to my place,
Bestowing great peace and joy upon me.
I now bow my head in worship
To the one who hears names and rescues from adversity;
I now take refuge in
The benevolent and compassionate Father of the world.
May you certainly come
To free me from the suffering of the three poisons,
Bestow upon me the joy of this present life,
And give me great nirvāṇa.
