三、供養者，並懸新繒蓋、旛華，珍果、名香、飲食、種種精美，竭誠盡力。若實貧乏，亦隨己所有，盡出供養。無令隱惜，誑聖欺心。

Third, making offerings: All should hang new silk canopies, banners, and flowers, presenting precious fruits, renowned incense, food and drink, and all manner of exquisite items, exhausting all sincerity and effort. If truly poor and destitute, one should also bring forth all that one possesses to make offerings according to one's means. Do not conceal or begrudge anything, deceiving the sages and deceiving one's own mind.
