若作降伏法者，（為降伏一切惡毒鬼神，及惡龍獸損害一切有情者，及調伏一切惡人，於國不忠生反道心者，及滅三寶毀真言者，或與呪人作諸障難者，如是一切惡人，持呪行者運大慈悲得作此法；若為自己所求及有怨讐作此法者，準諸經說必定反招災禍，及反得盡世癡騃，學者知之。）行者面向南，作蹲踞坐左脚押右脚，像面向北，於准提像前安置鏡壇，（更想一青色三角壇，於三角壇中遍想囉字或㘕字，尊像供具并行者自身，俱想在三角壇中，或於像前只塗拭一三角壇亦得。）觀准提作青色，或黑色著青黑衣，自身衣服亦皆青色，獻青色華、臭華、不香華及曼陀羅華等，飲食用石榴汁染作黑色或作青色，塗香用柏木，閼伽用牛尿，以黑色華及芥子柏木塗香等，各取少分置閼伽水，燒安息香、然芥子油燈，以忿怒心相應，從二十四日午時或夜半起首，至月盡日滿。每日澡浴斷食，念誦法準前行。妙言曰：

If performing the method for subjugation (abhicāraka): (To subjugate all malevolent and poisonous ghosts and spirits, as well as evil dragons and beasts that harm all sentient beings; and to subdue all wicked people who are disloyal to the state and harbor treasonous minds, or who destroy the Three Jewels and disparage mantras, or who create obstacles for mantra practitioners. For all such evil persons, the mantra practitioner may perform this ritual by generating great compassion. If one performs this ritual for personal desires or out of enmity, according to the sūtras one will certainly incur calamity instead, and in turn be completely foolish throughout life; let scholars know this.) The practitioner faces south and sits crouching with the left foot pressing the right foot; the image faces north. Place a mirror altar in front of the image of Cundī. (Furthermore, visualize a blue-green triangular altar. In the triangular altar, visualize the syllable Ra or the syllable Raṃ everywhere. Visualize the sacred image, the offerings, and the practitioner's own body all within the triangular altar; or simply smear and wipe a triangular altar in front of the image.) Visualize Cundī as blue-green in color, or black wearing blue-green or black garments; one's own clothing should also all be blue-green. Offer blue-green flowers, foul-smelling flowers, unscented flowers, mandārava flowers, and the like. For food and drink, dye them black or blue-green with pomegranate juice. For paste incense use cypress wood; for argha water use cow urine. Taking a small portion each of black flowers, mustard seeds, and cypress paste incense, place them into the argha water. Burn benzoin; light mustard-seed oil lamps. In accord with a wrathful mind, begin at noon or midnight on the twenty-fourth day and continue until the end of the month is fulfilled. Each day bathe and fast, performing the recitation method as before. The wondrous words are:
