I reply: There are two explanations: first, refuting it in terms of the Dharma; second, clarifying it by borrowing metaphors. Regarding refuting it in terms of the Dharma: the Buddhas and Tathāgatas possess inconceivable wisdom, the vast wisdom of the Great Vehicle, and supreme, unsurpassed wisdom that is without equal and without peer. With the power of inconceivable wisdom, they are able to make the few into the many and the many into the few; to make the near into the distant and the distant into the near; to make the light into the heavy and the heavy into the light. Possessing such wisdoms as these, they are immeasurable, boundless, and inconceivable.
