又次想華座法。次想華臺相。次想華葉，葉葉相重八萬四千重，一一葉上想有百億寶王莊嚴，一一寶中有八萬四千光明，上照佛身。次想寶華莖八面，一一方面百千眾寶莊嚴，放大光明上下俱照。次想華莖下依寶地，地上眾寶皆放八萬四千光明，一一光明照佛身，及照十方六道，亦想一切光明照觸行者自身來。作此想時，除滅罪障，得無量功德，諸佛菩薩歡喜，天神鬼神亦喜，日夜隨身影護行者，行住坐臥常得安隱，長命富樂永無病痛。準佛教，得見淨土中事。若見但自知，不得向人說，即大有罪橫，招惡病短命之報。若順教門者，臨命終時，上品往生阿彌陀佛國。

Next, visualize the method of the flower seat. Next, visualize the mark of the flower calyx. Next, visualize the flower petals, petal upon petal layered eighty-four thousand folds; upon each petal, visualize that there are ten billion jewel-kings adorning it, and within each jewel there are eighty-four thousand rays of light illuminating the Buddha's body from above. Next, visualize the eight sides of the precious flower stem, each side adorned with hundreds of thousands of jewels, emitting great radiance that illuminates both above and below. Next, visualize that beneath the flower stem it rests upon the jeweled ground, where the multitude of jewels on the ground all emit eighty-four thousand rays of light; each ray of light illuminates the Buddha's body as well as the six destinies across the ten directions; also visualize that all these rays of light shine upon and touch the practitioner's own body. When one generates this visualization, one eradicates sinful obstacles, attains immeasurable merit, and brings joy to all Buddhas and bodhisattvas, as well as to celestial and earthly spirits, who will guard the practitioner day and night like a shadow following a form. Walking, standing, sitting, or lying down, one will always attain peace, long life, wealth, and joy, forever free from illness and pain. In accordance with the Buddha's teaching, one will be able to see the affairs within the Pure Land. If one sees them, one should only know it for oneself and must not speak of it to others; [to do so] is a great transgression that brings about the retribution of calamity, evil diseases, and a short lifespan. If one accords with the teachings, at the end of life one will attain the highest grade of rebirth in Amitābha Buddha's land.
