又如下品下生人，一生具造五逆極重之罪，經歷地獄受苦無窮。罪人得病欲死，遇善知識教稱彌陀佛名十聲，於聲聲中除滅八十億劫生死重罪。此亦是現生滅罪增上緣。

Furthermore, it is like a person of the lowest tier of the lowest grade: throughout their life they fully committed the extremely grave sins of the five inexpiables, destined to pass through hells and endure endless suffering. When the sinner fell ill and was about to die, they met a good spiritual friend who taught them to recite Amitābha Buddha's name ten times; with voice after voice, the grave sins of birth and death spanning eighty koṭis of kalpas were eradicated and extinguished. This too is the predominant condition of extinguishing sins in the present life.
