1.52

又如《月燈三昧經》云：念佛相好及德行，能使諸根不亂動、心無迷惑，與法合，得聞得智如大海。智者住於是三昧，攝念行，於經行所能見千億諸如來，亦遇無量恒沙佛。又以此經證，亦是見佛三昧增上緣。

Furthermore, as the Candrapradīpa-samādhi-sūtra states: recollecting the Buddha's marks, secondary signs, and virtuous conduct can cause all the faculties not to be agitated or distracted, the mind to be without confusion, in harmony with the Dharma, and to attain hearing and wisdom vast as the great ocean. When a wise person abides in this samādhi, gathering their thoughts as they practice, in the place of walking meditation they are able to see thousands of kotis of Tathāgatas, and also encounter buddhas immeasurable as the sands of the Ganges. Furthermore, as proved by this sūtra, this too is an adhipati-pratyaya of the samādhi of seeing the Buddha.
