1.70

又敬白一切往生人等，若聞此語，即應聲悲雨淚，連劫累劫粉身碎骨，報謝佛恩。由來稱本心，豈敢更有毛髮憚之心。又白諸行人等，一切罪惡凡夫尚蒙罪滅證攝得生，何況聖人願生而不得去也。上來總答前問攝何等眾生得生淨土，五種增上緣義竟。

Furthermore, I respectfully address all persons destined for rebirth and the like: If you hear these words, you should weep bitterly with tears falling like rain, and throughout successive kalpas crush your body and smash your bones to repay the Buddha's benevolence. Since this conforms to our original wish, how could we dare harbour even a hair's breadth of fear or hesitation? Furthermore, I address all practitioners and the like: even all sinful and evil pṛthagjanas receive the eradication of their sins, certification, and embracement to attain rebirth; how much more so could holy persons who desire rebirth fail to go? The above concludes the general answer to the previous question regarding what kind of sentient beings are embraced to attain rebirth in the Pure Land; the doctrine of the five kinds of adhipati-pratyaya is finished.
