6.28

問曰：如《觀經》第九觀中，本欲觀阿彌陀佛身相光明，計作觀成，只合觀見阿彌陀佛。何因見阿彌陀佛，乃更得見十方諸佛耶？

Question: In the ninth contemplation of the Guan jing, the original intention is to contemplate the physical marks and radiance of Amitābha Buddha; assuming the contemplation is accomplished, one should only contemplate and see Amitābha Buddha. For what reason, through seeing Amitābha Buddha, does one further come to see the Buddhas of the ten directions?
