「又《觀音經》云：『弘誓深如海，歷劫不可思議，侍多千億佛，發大清淨願。』此是觀世音菩薩發願處。

"Furthermore, the Guanyin jing says: 'His vast vows are deep as the sea; inconceivable across kalpas, serving many billions of Buddhas, he made great, pure vows.' This is where Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva made vows.
