一、《十住斷結經》云：「時座中有四億眾，自知死此生彼，牽連不斷，欲為之源，樂生無欲國土。佛言：『西方去此無數國土，有佛名無量壽，其土清淨，無淫怒癡，蓮花化生，不由父母，汝當生彼。』」

First, the Daśabhūmika-kleśachedikā-sūtra says: "At that time there were four hundred million people in the assembly who realized that their dying here and being born there was an unbroken chain, with desire being the source of it, and they wished to be born in a land free of desire. The Buddha said: 'To the west, across countless lands from here, there is a Buddha named Immeasurable Life. His land is pure, free of lust, anger, and delusion; birth there is by transformation in a lotus blossom, not through father and mother. You should be born there.'"
