一、《佛說阿彌陀經》；二、《稱讚淨土佛攝受經》，二經同一梵本，初經簡淨愈於後譯。佛在舍衛國祇樹給孤獨園，為舍利弗說，讀誦者多主此經。

First, the *Sūtra on Amitābha Expounded by the Buddha*; second, the *Chengzan jingtu fosheshou jing*. These two sūtras derive from the same Sanskrit text; the earlier translation is concise and pure, surpassing the later translation. The Buddha expounded it in the Jeta Grove, Anāthapiṇḍada's park, in the country of Śrāvastī, for Śāriputra; those who read and recite mostly take this sūtra as primary.
