今觀此身實可厭，種種不淨假名身，三百碎骨相支柱，遍體何曾有片真。香粉塗身無厭足，畢竟地下成灰塵；煩惱熾盛何曾歇，終是流浪三塗因。普勸道場諸眾等，真心念佛入真門。

Now contemplate this body as truly repulsive: / Variously impure, it is only nominally called a body; / Three hundred fragments of bone support one another, / Throughout the entire form, how could there ever be a bit of reality? / Smearing the body with fragrant powder without satisfaction, / In the end, beneath the ground it becomes ash and dust; / The afflictions flare up without ever resting, / Ultimately becoming the cause of wandering through the three evil destinies. / Universally I exhort all members in the bodhimaṇḍa: / With a sincere mind be mindful of the Buddha and enter the true gate.
