1.25

南無阿彌陀佛。今觀此身。實可厭。種種不淨假名身。三百碎骨相支駐。漏體何曾有片真。脂粉朱唇徒莊識。終歸地下作灰塵。煩惱熾盛無休息。並是流浪三塗因。普勸道場諸眾等。怒力懃修淨土因。願共諸眾生往生安樂國。

Namo Amitābha Buddha. Looking now upon this body, it is truly loathsome: a nominally designated body of various impurities, supported by three hundred fragment bones; how could this leaking form ever have a sliver of truth? Rouge and vermilion lips are vainly adorned; in the end it returns beneath the earth to become dust. Afflictions blaze without rest; all are causes of wandering through the three wretched paths. Universally encourage all the assembly in the bodhimaṇḍa: exert effort and diligently cultivate the causes for the Pure Land; may we, together with all sentient beings, be reborn in the Land of Peace and Bliss.
