南無西方極樂世界大勢至菩薩摩訶薩。願共眾生咸歸命，故我頂禮生彼國。
Namo to Mahāsthāmaprāpta Bodhisattva-Mahāsattva of the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. May I, together with all sentient beings, take refuge; therefore I prostrate and [vow to] be born in that land.
