南無西方極樂世界諸尊菩薩摩訶薩清淨大海眾。願共眾生咸歸命，故我頂禮生彼國。

Homage to the pure, great assembly of ocean-like venerable Bodhisattva-Mahāsattvas in the Western World of Sukhāvatī. Wishing that together with all sentient beings I may take refuge, therefore I prostrate myself and aspire to be reborn in that land.
