至心歸命禮，西方阿彌陀佛，大勢至菩薩。願共諸眾生，往生安樂國。
With utmost mind I take refuge and pay homage to Amitābha Buddha of the western direction, and Mahāsthāmaprāpta Bodhisattva. May we, together with all sentient beings, attain rebirth in the Land of Peace and Joy.
