至心歸命禮，西方阿彌陀佛，諸菩薩清淨大海眾。願共諸眾生，往生安樂國。
With utmost mind I take refuge and pay homage to Amitābha Buddha of the western direction, and the pure ocean-like assembly of all Bodhisattvas. May we, together with all sentient beings, attain rebirth in the Land of Peace and Joy.
