至心迴向。流浪三界內，癡愛入胎獄，生已歸老死，沈沒於苦海。我今修此福，迴生安樂土。迴向已，至心歸命禮阿彌陀佛。

Wholehearted dedication: Wandering within the three realms of existence, through deluded craving I entered the prison of the womb; having been born, I return to old age and death, submerged in the ocean of suffering. I now cultivate this merit and dedicate it to rebirth in the Land of Peace and Bliss. Having dedicated, with wholehearted devotion I take refuge in and bow to Amitābha Buddha.
