至心發願。願捨胎藏形，往生安樂國，速見彌陀佛，無邊功德身，奉覲諸如來，賢聖亦復然。獲六神通力，救攝苦眾生，虛空法界盡。我願亦如是。發願已，至心歸命禮阿彌陀佛（餘悉同上法）。

Wholehearted aspiration: I pray to abandon the form of the womb and attain rebirth in the Land of Peace and Bliss; swiftly to behold Amitābha Buddha with his body of boundless merit, and to attend upon and gaze in reverence at all Tathāgatas, and likewise the worthy and noble ones; to attain the power of the six supernatural knowledges, and save and gather in suffering sentient beings, until space and the dharmadhātu are exhausted. My vows are also like this. Having made aspiration, with wholehearted devotion I take refuge in and bow to Amitābha Buddha. (The rest is entirely the same as the method above.)
