五山毫獨朗，
寶手印恒分，地水俱為鏡，香華同作雲。
業深成易往，因淺實難聞，必望除疑惑，
超然獨不群。願共諸眾生，往生安樂國。

The curled white hair [like] five Mount Sumerus is uniquely luminous; / The jeweled hand-seal is ever distinct. / Ground and water both serve as mirrors; / Incense and flowers together form clouds. / With profound karma it becomes easy to go; / With shallow causes it is truly difficult to hear. / One must aspire to remove doubt and confusion, / Transcendent and uniquely apart from the crowd. / May we together with all sentient beings be reborn in the Land of Peace and Joy.
