With utmost mind, deśanā: Since beginningless time, we disciples have been confused about the original nature and pursued foolish passions; falsely clinging to body and mind, discrimination between self and other arose; from this we gave rise to evil karma and fruitlessly received bodies in the six destinies. Searching and investigating their master, we totally failed to see the true source; the ocean of greed and anger of the three poisons is truly nirvāṇa. Today we repent of ourselves, no longer indulging the stirs of passion; the sins of thousands of tens of thousands of kalpas dissolve in a single moment of thought. Having repented, with utmost mind we take refuge and pay homage to the Triratna.
